Machine Usage:

Machine structure:

Turn table

It drags the fabric trolley towards the turn table and the turn table automatically detwist after its installation.

Small padder(optional)

The water content of wet fabrics is removed by squeezing by utilizing the small padder in order to simplify slitting function. After completion of squeezing process, the fabrics are conveyed to the detwist device.

Detwister device

After entering into the detwister, the sensor of rope fabrics send signal after comprehending the twist and turns the table towards rotary. Later, the active motor attracts the fabrics to enter into the slitting umbrella.

Slitting umbrella
The diameter of the stainless steel made slitting umbrella can be modified. At the back part of this slitting umbrella, a synchronous breadth adjusting system is located. During its functioning, the umbrella frame comes in contact with the center part of the slitting line (clients can order this machine with automatic slitting centering facility).
Slitting blade

The slitting blade is known for its φ200 mm diameter and 2800rpm rotary speed. It starts slitting the fabric at the time of the functioning of three phase motor.


After completion of slitting process, the active roller leads the fabric towards spreading frame. The stainless steel fabricated tube is meant for forming triangle and for opening of fabrics. This steel tube is easy to adjust for its high flexibility. The fabrics later passes through the padder by the infra-red centering device.

Slat pattern infra-red centering device

After slitting process is over, the fabrics passes through double spreading shafts located at the infra-red centering part for expansion purpose. Later, these are rectified by centering shaft. Finally, these fabrics enter into the padder.

The pressure difference is pressed on its squeezing roller by modifying its air cylinder. At the next level, the surplus water content is eliminated from the fabrics by squeezing. The core part of squeezing roller is made of steel and its outer part is covered by special glue procured from the USA. It consists of a high profile surface and  the surface part of double squeezing roller is positioned in parallel direction and it can endure 80KN pressure.

Plaiting exit

On squeezing, liquid can be extracted from fabrics with plaiting. This entire process is operated by active roller which is controlled by three phase motor.

Electrical control


  • The electrical controlling system of this machine utilizes relay-contactor pattern and the  working speed of its main drive is regulated by inverter.
  • It uses Delta inverter and low voltage appliance made by Schnaider of France.
