Machine Usage :
The design of this equipment is based on Santex equipment and some components of this machine have been modified to enhance its performance. This machine is the perfect amalgamation of equipments like stenter, padder mangle and dryer. Its padder unit is designed with liquid trough, infra-red centering system and a set of rollers.  A stenter is fabricated from vertical stenting frame with slating design. A dryer consists of a single layered relax drying system. The huge centrifugal blower is useful for drying wet fabrics and during drying process, the fabrics change their position like weaves without any tension. After completion of drying process, the produced fabrics will shrink in low water condition and will have soft to touch surfaces.

Main characters of the machine:

  • The machine's infra-red centering device rectifies the route of fabrics.
  • The slanted position of its liquid trough is advantageous for its washing purpose
  • The precisely designed rubber rollers are equipped with soft air operated padding materials

Structure of the machine

Padder mangle section
This section is designed with liquid trough, a set of roller and infra-red centering device and liquor trough.

Tenter Section
This section contains horizontal stenting area with 0.8meters length and tapered stenting section with 4.8meters length. This section also consists of automatic edge tracing unit and overfeed system. Apart from that, this section contains stainless steel made chains that can cover large distance, vertical movement chains, macromolecule materials made slide and inverter motor drives. This machine has been specially made for humidity prone working environment utilization purpose. It requires less space for installation and its large distance chains can withstand high pulling pressure. Its stenting section is meant for overfeeding the wet fabrics, to pull the width in a horizontal direction and to restore the loops in their natural form.

Dryer section
This section is designed with belt, overfeed delivery rollers, humidity releasing system, drying chambers and plaiting system.

Exit section
This section is equipped with plaiting unit and a motor with 0.75kw capacity.

Controlling valve section
Its steam heating system utilizes air driven direction changing valve procured from Hong Kong. Its oil heating section uses lectricity driven proportion type three-way valve obtained from Shanghai.

Electric control section
The working principle of this section depends on program controlling technique. This electric control section is equipped with blower sequence delay starting unit and fabirc protection system against damage. Besides these, this section boasts of having temperature controller made by XiaMen company ( with ±5℃ precision), low pressure electric developed by France Schneirder and  inverter offered by Delta of Taiwan.
