Product Description
TPYFB200S air turning machine is mainly used for over turning of the tubular fabrics. It is simple in structure, easy to operate, high efficient.
Standard Equips:
1. Blower section
The blower consists of double layers stainless steel air cylinder, high pressure centrifugal blower, double circulation air duct and direction changing device.
2. Exit section
The exit section adopts V type belt driven, low noisy, steady in movement, easy to maintain, the fabrics are delivered by the wearable rubber roller, then sent out by the stainless steel hopper. the wearable rubber roller after inertia balance dealt, moves steadily, have a long lifespan.
The exit device drives and the fabrics turning is gang control, when cover the fabrics, the exit device stops automatically, when fabrics turning, the exit device start automatically.
3. Electric control
The electric control adopts relay-contactor control mode, equip blower, driven by both manual and auto, control safely and steadily.
The electric component adopts France Schneider low voltage apparatus.
