Product Description

Tubular compactor machine is referred for tubular knitted fabrics which is used as finishing machine. It is used for shrinkage control, GSM control, compact the fabric and increase smoothness of fabric. Tubular compacting device is industrial machinery used after hydro-extractor, de-watering and dryer. This machine is installed after industrial dryer machine.

Machine Usage:

This machine is used for cotton,fibre,wool and others natural fiber tubular knitting fabrics presetting finishing.

After treated by the machine,the fabrics will have good handfeeling,gloss surface

shrinkage can reach 18%,washing shrinkage can be controlled below 3%,the top grade fabrics must be accompanied with our tubular compactor machine.

The compacting unit adopts seamless felt(thickness is 20mm) and PTFE damping plates,which could guarantee the fabrics will have low washing shrinkage and soft hand feeling.

Machine Skilled design:

1.Equips both telescopic rod shuttles and maglev separation shuttles.

2.When working for narrow fabricsï¼ˆwidth 350ï½ž1200mmï¼‰,use telescopic type rod shuttles,take fully advantage of its reliable and durable features,suitable for big pull force fabrics.

When working for wide fabrics(width 800ï½ž1500mm,)use maglev separation shuttles,take fully advantage of its easy to operate,not easy to produce weft curve features.

3. The drying cylinder has three separate built-in heating method: steam heating,electric oil heating,and circulating oil heating from outside.
