We are offering precisely engineered series of Stainless Steel Balloon Squeezers, which are used for infusing the soften agents as well as the execution of the hydro-extractor process of the tube-shaped fabrics. The machines can be the substitute for wet expander and centrifugal machines. Highly efficient these are easy to operate and have turn tables, which are driven by motor and can turn clockwise or anticlockwise in accordance with the straighten needing. The motors of the machines are controlled by push buttons inset in the control panel. The products have a balanced speed as these include the in-feed devices that are driven by motor, the speed can be attuned by inverter ensuring the the speed in phase. Some of the main parts of the machines are: Inverter, Water squeezing roller, Softener expression roller, Gear box motor, In feed web belt, Pneumatic components, Rough belts, Digital temperature controller, Low voltage electric sets, Triangle belt, Thermal couple etc. Our Stainless Steel Balloon Squeezers have the weight of 4.5 T with a minimum capacity of 4.5 ton & a maximum capacity of 5.5 ton.
Furthermore the water squeezing motors, speed of feed motors, softener expression motors and plaiting motors can be attuned separately. Set with push buttons included on control panel. The softener expression devices and water squeezing devices are driven by one motor individually, the two motors are directed by inverter and the speed can be tuned accordingly, which make the fabrics run in non tension position.
