It is used for tubular fabrics and open width fabrics drying,suitable for cotton,blender and polyester.
During drying,the fabrics are being supported by the net belts all the time,upper and lower nozzles are blower ,the fabrics are moving in wave form,after several times vibrating and beating,the moisture will be evaporated,and the fabrics are dried gradually.
During the whole drying process,the fabrics are in relax status,release the inside tension force fully,after preshrinking and setting to reach the ideal results.

1. 1. Flat feeding spread roller The flat feeding spread roller is for open width fabrics,two sets roller totally,which could spreading the open width fabrics by spiral threads.
2. Tubular expanding mechanism
The tubular expanding mechanism is used for tubular fabrics, The width can be adjusted freely.
3. Fabrics feeding mechanism The fabrics feeding mechanism has belt tension mechanism,belt path correcting
mechanism,fabrics infeed overfeeding mechanism,machine immergency stop deice .
Belt tension mechanism, The belt is tighten by the two ends roller,which is with screw.When the belt has deviation/drift,the belt will touch the limit switch with installed on the side of the belt,so the signal will be sent to the cylinder and action will be done.
Special design double overfeeding mechanism,which could make the fabrics has accurate overfeeding amount,form the natural wave inside the drying chamber. So the fabrics will be dried under the relax form. This mechanism drive by inverter motor,so could get the most reasonable overfeeding rate. The overfeeding mechanism speed could be adjusted by different type fabrics.
It is used for emergency occasion.
5. Drying chamber (includeï¼machine entranceãmiddle chamber and tail of chamber) Using four bolts to connect chambers. Using sealing strips to seal the space between two chambers. There is sucking tube in the top of the chamber. Each chamber has three parts: upper is air nozzles,lower is heating area,side is blowers area. In order to make the installation,maintainess and checking job easily,install gate on the side of the chamber. Each heating area and blower area are closed,so can control the chamber heating. Nozzles area are connected to other chambers.
Four chambers, three chambers add beating rollers inside each chamber ,The first layer and third layer of conveyor belt will add the rollers so totally six rollers
Every two chambers are controlled by pneumatic valve,which could control the hot air temperature inside of the chamber.
Each chamber has two blowers,which turn to opposite direction. There is sealing ring between drive shaft and chamber,protect hot air missing,there is coolant fan between sealing ring and motor,which could cool the bearing temperature. Under the same energy consumption,five layers dryer fabrics length(inside of the chambers) is 40% more than three layers dryer. The output could enhance nearly half.

belt.,plaiting mechanism and manual stop switch.
It is drive by inverter motor,speed is stepless.
6ãMoisture exhaust system( Inverter Delta) This system consist of centrifugal blower driven by inverter,mounted on the roof of chamber,connect by air duct and machine. The moisture exhaust motor running
could be controlled on the electric cabinet touch screen.
