Machine usage:

This machine is used for both tubular and open width knit fabrics. it is high output and easy to operate.

Machine structure:

Fabrics infeed section

  • This section consists of infeed box, overfeeding rough rubber roller,Turbine-worm gear box, axis roller and pneumatic tension device ,The overfeeding roller movement by non-chain directly movement, moves steady and reliable, easy to operate. The overfeeding movement controls by inverter, so the fabrics quality is steady.

  • The web belt adopts pneumatic tighten, the tension is constant, when the machine stops, the web belt relax automatically, so moves steadily, and the web belt have long lifespan. No need manual adjust the tension of the belt

  • The web belt adopts pneumatic correct system. Correct the path much reliable. Each web belt is controlled by separately inverter, speed is adjustable. Can adjust the fabrics loop any time.

  • The nozzle of the drying chambers are made of super cool steel plate, it is not traditional zinc plating iron plate, the noise of the air chamber is small, high strength, high pressure resistant. Lifespan is three times than the zinc plating iron plate. The structure of the nozzle copies KRANTZ, air volume is uniform, air chamber are all made by CNC machine center.

  • Our standard equip two sets of 11kw motors and heat--resistant centrifugal impeller each chamber, the motor is F grade insulated, and have oil injecting holes both in front and back sides. The motor equips high temperature resistant roller bearing; the impeller have high strength, high air pressure, the hot air circulation efficiency enhance 15-30%. The air motor impeller can be pull out together with the motor, no need to came inside to discharge, easy to maintain and repair. (it is optional of all the chambers blower motors can be controlled by inverter, the air volume can be adjusted according to the fabrics weight, save energy and electric, protect the motors and prolong the lifespan of the motor, please indicate when order) (offer include this)

  • Each drying chamber equips one set high efficient heat exchanger; the exchanger pipe is in fin shape and made of extrusion steel-aluminum. The heating dimension is 220m2; every heat exchange has its villus filter system, avoid cleaning of the heat exchanger, reducing the difficulty of clean the heat exchanger. At the same time blocks the villis enters the drying chamber and block the nozzle, which lead to efficiency decreased. Every two chamber equips on temperature controller system, the three-way valve of the temperature controller is Bealz brand of Germany , while the temperature watch is Honeywell brand.

  • Each drying chamber equips two layers filtering net; the filtering net is with 40mesh and made of stainless steel.

  • The machine frame is made of carbon steel square pipe10# .Inside we filled with temperature insulated material, reduce the loss of energy.

  • Equip insulated panel in four sides of drying chambers, the thickness of the panel is 105mm, we fill super alumina silicate heating resistant material, P type high temperature resistant silicon rubber seal strip in double sides, so decrease the heat loss in maximum degree, so save energy in maximum.

  • The web belt in each layer is driven by individual motor, all the motors adopts turbine-worm non chain direct movement, all the web belts adopts pneumatic constantly tighten, each motor is controlled by one set inverter, the speed of each layer web belt can be adjusted individually.

  • The web belt correct system equips super air cylinder, electromagnetic valve, Set pressure relay, if in low air pressure, the machine will stop automatically, so the machine will work steadily and safely.

  • The web belt is ptfe sheet made in DuPont Company of America. Lubricity surface, good gas permeability, resistant high temperature above 260 centigrade, suitable for every heating method.

  • Except the first drying chamber, every drying chamber equips Moisture exhausting system, the volume is controlled by air door.if need to order the motors controlled by inverter,please indicate when order the machine. The drying chamber has fresh air entrance gate,and the volume can be can adjust the inside temperature and humidity of the drying chambers.

Fabrics exit section

  • The fabrics exit web belt movement adopts motor direction method, tightly in structure, simple and reliable; The fabrics exit web belt adopts super rubber ring web belt, none tension to the fabrics.

  • The fabrics exit section includes plaiting device and exit device.

Controlling valve
